Kitzbühel

Kitzbühel and Skiing. The connection is timeless and legendary. Since 1893, here at the foot of the Hahnenkamm skiing has taken place in Kitzbühel. Every year the world-famous "Streif" gets the most attention of all races within the Alpine Skiing Worldcup. KitzSki encompasses three separate ski areas: The largest reaches from Kitzbühel towards Hahnenkamm, Kirchberg, Aschau, Jochberg-Resterhöhe, Pass Thurn and Hollersbach. The second one is the Kitzbüheler Horn and the third the recently reopened Bichlalm. The following stats include the whole KitzSki region (2019/20 season):

Panorama Mountain Resort

Panorama is magical. It’s where the winter and the wild meets warmth and welcome. It’s a mountain resort and an alpine village, tucked deep into Canada’s oldest mountains. It’s not just another resort with great skiing and riding. According to skiareavaluation.com it is the number one worldwide for skiing comfort! There’s more to the mountains up here and loads of adventurous activities just waiting to be discovered. This is where the best winter memories are made. Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang with Fieberbrunn

Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang are situated in the western part of the Salzburger Land and belongs to most well known holiday resorts in the Austrian Alps. For the 2015/16 season it will be linked by lifts and runs to the resort of Fieberbrunn which has has already been a well known Freeride-Spot. Thanks to this new connection skiers can look forward to experiencing 270 kilometres of runs for all levels of experience. The following stats have been obtained for the 2015/16 season:

Espace San Bernardo

Espace San Bernardo is the unique international ski area in the North French Alps, linking La Rosière in Savoy, to La Thuile in Aosta Valley, in Italy. Offering great views of the Mont Blanc it is one of the sunniest resorts in the French Alps. For the 2018/19 season the ski area will expand its skiable terrain by opening up new runs and lifts on Mont Valaisan. Pizol

The Pizol mountain is towering above the upper Rhine valley. It offers very long and scenic runs, making it one of the most attractive ski resorts in eastern Switzerland. The Pizol became the first Swiss ski resort to obtain the seal of approval for 'Verified Length of Runs.

Shuttleberg Flachauwinkl-Kleinarl

The ski area that links two valley and the villages of Flachauwinkl and Kleinarl belongs to the Ski amadé region in the Salzburger Land in Austria. It is well known for its modern, comfortable fleet of high speed lifts, its freestyle terrain and has a reputation for freeriding. New runs have been added for the 2016/17, lifting the resort over the mark of 40 km of runs.

Wintersport-Arena Card

The Wintersport-Arena Sauerland is one of the best kept secrets of German skiing. At least for many Germans especially from the traditional winter sports regions in Bavaria.  But being the closest winter sports region to the Netherlands, the Sauerland is very popular among skiers from the Netherlands. Investments of more than 100 million Euros over the course of the last 15 years have transferred the ski areas of the Wintersport-Arena into modern resorts. Eight of them offer an interchangeable lift pass, the Wintersport-Arena Card. This is promoted with the seal of approval for 'Verified Length of Runs'.

Parnassos Ski Centre

Parnassos Ski Center is located a little bit more than two hours from the capital city of Athens. It features great views accross the gulf of Korinth towards the Peloponnes peninsula and a great variety of runs as well as lots of space for freeriding. Its altitude and location usually ensure good snow conditions. Recent investments of more than 30 million Euros turned the ski area into the most modern in the country.
